Peace Point Entertainment Group, announced today the start of production for the third season of the international sensation Fresh with Anna Olson; 13 x 30 minute episodes (shot in HD, airing in standard) scheduled to premiere on Food Network Canada in 2010. The series is being shot in Anna Olsonıs country home in the picturesque area of Ontarioıs Niagara Region.

The series has been sold to over 50 countries in the last year. Olsonıs previous show Sugar was also sold internationally in 60 countries. Networks include MGM Casa Club TV (USA in Spanish, Spain, Portugal and Central and South America), Cuisine.TV (French Europe), Asian Food Channel (China, Korea, India, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore), Digiturk (Turkey), Poland Canal+ and XYZ Food (Australia).

³We are taking Anna back into her own kitchen as we wanted viewers to spend even more time in the comfort of her country home kitchen for season three,² says Les Tomlin, President & CEO of Peace Point Entertainment Group. ³We are also excited to launch Peace Pointıs first cook book this month. Itıs a collaboration with Whitecap publishing for a recipe book taken from previous seasons called Fresh with Anna Olson: Seasonally Inspired Recipes to Share with Family and Friends, that we expect will become an international best seller considering her growing global appeal.² As always, Anna creates simple and delicious recipes using her mantra ³eat fresh, eat local², but this season, Anna invites viewers to learn even more of her personal anecdotes, food insights, and valuable cooking tips.

Each episode Anna prepares up to four scrumptious easy-to-follow recipes. Themes this season range from Annaıs tribute to her Eastern European roots in ³Thank You Grandma² to ³Cooking For My Sweetie² inspired by the homemade favourites her husband Michael loves. Anna has some fun with her ³Getting Cheesy² episode and she seduces the viewers with a ³Fill the House With Fragrance² theme. Anna is a chef who truly lives food! No matter what she is doing...working in her restaurant, writing cookbooks, catering an event or cooking on TV she is excited by fresh ingredients. This season features recipes that incorporate fresh foods no matter where you live or what the season.
