| Alliance Atlantis Broadcasting Joins PHSN- TV to Provide Content to the Waiting Rooms of Health Care Professionals |

Alliance Atlantis Broadcasting and PHSN-TV have reached an agreement that will have programming from Alliance Atlantis’ specialty networks in the waiting rooms of more than 1,800 health care professionals across Canada. Under the terms of the agreement Alliance Atlantis Broadcasting will be the exclusive Canadian specialty broadcaster available on PHSN-TV.
Starting September 2003, Alliance Atlantis will provide PHSN-TV with fully branded content exclusively from the Company’s specialty networks. This includes programming from such channels as Discovery Health Channel, Food Network Canada, HGTV and National Geographic Channel.
