Cleanse your palate and ready your senses for a mouthwatering behind-the-scenes look at the most prestigious culinary competition Canada has to offer, when Travel + Escape presents the GOLD MEDAL PLATES: THE QUEST FOR CANADA’S BEST CHEF marathon, airing Wednesday, July 1 from 10 a.m. ET/11 a.m. PT to 5 p.m. ET/ 6 p.m. PT (with repeats beginning at 5 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT and Thursday, July 2 at 12 a.m. ET/1 a.m. PT).
