Two award worthy premieres in May with Academy Award© nominee for Best Foreign Language Film, Mongol and a nominee for Best Animated Feature Film, Kung Fu Panda. Also premiering in May superstars take on super heroes with Ed Norton in The Incredible Hulk and Will Smith in Hancock.
MOVIE PREMIERE
MONGOL
Filmmaker Sergei Bodrov (Prisoner of the Mountains) illuminates the life of 13th century Mongolian conqueror, Genghis Khan, in this historical Academy Award© nominee for Best Foreign Language Film. Mongol is based on limited historical accounts of the life and times of Genghis Khan who rose from a slave to conqueror of half the known world in 1206. The film depicts his early life of Temüjin, from his violent childhood, to his early victories that lead him to be declared khan of all Mongols or Genghis Khan. Filmed in inner China, Mongol is the first of a planned trilogy on the legendary warrior and shows the historical figure as an inspiring, fearless and visionary leader.

THE LINE – NEW EPISODES
Viewers can tune in for new episodes of The Line this May every Monday at 9 p.m. PT/ 10 p.m. ET. In the episode airing on May 4, Karen calls Max on his on-going affair with legal aid lawyer Jayne; and trying to reform from his drug dealing past Carlos, back with his estranged wife Lucie, has moved though five dead-end jobs in three months; Donny, Max and an under-cover informant look to complicate things between Eddie and his step-mother; while Hermie and Phillipe have fled to a farm, where they pick strawberries for a living like migrant workers, dreaming of a better life when the possibility of one falls into their lap in the form of a large shipment of pot they are asked to deliver. Past episodes of The Line are available on Movie Central On Demand and The Movie Network OnDemand.
