Astral Media’s Family Channel invites viewers to circle the globe with special programming that features their favourite Disney stars from Camp Rock and The Cheetah Girls.

Friday, April 10, viewers are invited to jet set with Demi Lovato, the Jonas Brothers and international music artists as Family Channel presents Camp Rock Around the World VIP Event. Featuring celebrity interviews and behind-the-scenes footage, Camp Rock Around the World airs at 7:30 p.m. ET/PT. Viewers can get an early look at the movie when it becomes available on Family OnDemand on Tuesday, April 7.

Leading up to the movie, Family will air twelve renditions of songs from the Camp Rock soundtrack performed in multiple languages by renowned recording artists from countries including Mexico, Norway and Singapore. Beginning at 12:45 p.m. ET/PT, the music videos will air during breaks in the day’s special programming line-up – which includes the Disney original movie Dadnapped and marathons of Wizards of Waverly Place and Sonny With A Chance. The videos will be available at Family.ca shortly after airing on the network and viewers who just can’t wait to sing “This is Me” in Polish, French, Danish and Norwegian can catch the music videos on Family OnDemand beginning Tuesday, April 7.

The globe-trotting continues on Tuesday, April 14 when Family OnDemand has the exclusive Canadian premiere of a Hindi version of the smash hit The Cheetah Girls One World. Multi-talented actresses/singers/dancers Adrienne Bailon, Kiely Williams and Sabrina Bryan star in the third Cheetah Girls movie. Dubbed in Hindi, this music-and dance-driven story of The Cheetah Girls One World follows Chanel, Aqua and Dorinda as they travel from New York to India to star in a film directed by an aspiring Bollywood movie director.
