TMN & MC's November Highlights
Posted on Sunday, October 19, 2008 - 05:58 PM
TMN - The Movie Network

Here's a list of highlights for The Movie Network and Movie Central in November.

BROTHERHOOD SEASON THREE

Showtime’s Peabody Award-winning series Brotherhood returns, examining the balance between good and evil in the disparate worlds of politicians and Irish mob bosses in Providence, Rhode Island. This season finds Tommy Caffee (Jason Clarke) returning after having won a closely contested re-election, but the narrow victory has left him a subordinate to Speaker Donatello, which makes him contemplate leaving political life altogether. But to do that he needs to make money first – which means playing fast and loose with the rules and accepting an under-the-table piece of a large-scale construction project. On the other side of the law, Michael Caffee’s (Jason Isaacs) role as crime boss comes under siege as he is slowly overwhelmed by ever-increasing paranoia.

In the first episode of the third season, word gets out that gang boss Freddie Cork is getting bail, putting a strain on Michael’s relationship with Attorney General Franklin, and Tommy asks Declan to run a special investigation into corruption in the state house to avoid outside scrutiny.

Season premieres:
Movie Central: Sunday, November 3 at 9 p.m. PT Available in HD
The Movie Network: Sunday, November 3 at 10 p.m. ET
