In early june, Canwest revealed information about fall programming of its specialty channels. Today, we give more details about the new and returning programming as well as premiere dates (when available).
ALL NEW CANADIAN SERIES
Income Property (13x30min) World Broadcast Premiere
Mondays at 10pm ET/PT beginning September 29
Scott McGillivray helps first time homebuyers turn their expensive new investment into an instant money-maker. Each week, Scott offers suggestions on how to turn a portion of a home (from the basement, a room or a third floor) into a rental property to generate income. From the initial blueprints to addressing the concerns of the homeowners, viewers will learn valuable tips on how to turn extra space into extra money.
Pure Design (13x30min) World Broadcast Premiere

Home to Flip (13x30min) World Broadcast Premiere
Thursdays at 10pm ET / 7pm PT beginning October 2
This series features popular HGTV personality Peter Fallico doing what he does best: buying a fixer-upper house and flipping it for profit. Over the 13 episodes, viewers will gain popular advice such as how to renovate on a budget, deign on a dime and style for less so that you can resell for a larger profit. The series offers Peter’s signature how-to projects and great ideas for new homeowners, flipping wannabees or reno-junkies.

Property Virgins, Season Three (13x30) World Broadcast Premiere

Hosted by property guru Sandra Rinomato, Property Virgins, now in its third season, chronicles the intense, roller-coaster journey of first-time buyers as they prepare to dive into the real estate market. Along the way, it offers them a number of targeted home-tours, lots of free coaching, and a chance to find their dream home. Although not every episode ends in a sale, these property virgins certainly get their feet wet and learn to tailor their dream home visions to fit the market and their budget.
Marriage Under Construction, Season Two (13x30min) World Broadcast Premiere
Mondays at 9:30pm ET/PT beginning September 29
Gillian and Ed after two years of marriage are finally looking to move out of their small, cluttered condo and into their first home with a yard. Gillian, a type-A personality once camped out on a sidewalk to be one of the first in line to purchase a below market price condo and is now studying for her real estate license. Although Ed is quieter in that strong silent guy way he too likes taking risks. When he isn’t working at his tool and dye job he gets his adrenalin rush through professional gambling. The risk taking and passion for real estate is what unites them in finding a fixer upper that Ed can try his handyman skills on and Gillian can help with the design. Gillian has decided that a budget of 300,000 will find them a home and Ed is along for the ride.

Host and contractor, Bryan Baeumler arrives to save the family from a reno disaster and teach the DIY-er how to fix their own mess.
