Cleaning a decade’s worth of rubbish from an alcoholic’s house, tackling a foul smell in a clogged toilet and even sifting through a dank sewer are truly filthy jobs, but for a special group of Brits, it’s all in a day’s work! Premiering Wed., July 30 at 9:30 p.m. ET/6:30 p.m. PT on OLN, Dirtbusters is a new six-part series that follows cleaners, plumbers, garbage collectors and exterminators on the job as they clean up – and clean out – messes in the homes and streets of England. On the front lines of the dirty war on waste, these men and women laugh in the face of filth. As trash continues to take over lovely British towns, watch as this squad of dirt soldiers rid lucky communities of rubbish, backed-up sewage and pesky rodents. No home is too slimy or smelly. No crevice is too rank or rancid. It’s often a dirty job – but these Dirtbusters are on the case!

A team of street cleaners on the job, as seen in Dirtbusters.

Highlights from the first episodes of Dirtbusters include:

Dirtbusters – Episode 1
Wed., July 30 at 9:30 p.m. ET/6:30 p.m. PT
In the towns of northern England there is plenty of filth to clean up. In Oldham, cleaners Dianne Smith and Stella Aspinall take on their worse job ever cleaning up for an elderly man whose unbelievably filthy house has become a serious health hazard. Then, meet Phil Chadwick and his witty team of street cleaners who spend their days cheerfully cleaning up Warrington’s dog messes and other interesting surprises. Next, watch as the mayor’s former chauffeur, who now makes his living as an exterminator, saves citizens from pesky rodents. Will he be able to scare away a fearless rat which is squatting under a nervous client’s garden shed?

Dirtbusters – Episode 2
Wed., Aug. 6 at 9:30 p.m. ET/6:30 p.m. PT
Oldham’s playboy pest controller Steve Malloy is known as the pied piper to the town’s rodent population. Follow Malloy as he enthusiastically sets about sending some rats pestering Oldham residents to the “big sewer in the sky.” Meanwhile, Liverpudlian drainage duo Billy Rood and Carl Miller are concerned with sewers at a more earthly level. The lads take a practical approach to tackling a house plagued by bad plumbing and a mysterious smell. Meanwhile, over in Warrington, things aren’t looking much better for house clearance team Barry Walsh and Steve Holmes, who take on Warrington’s worst kept flat – with the world’s worst toilet.

Dirtbusters – Episode 3
Wed., Aug., 13 at 9:30 p.m. ET/6:30 p.m. PT
Liverpool drainage team Billy Rood and Carl Millar prove once again that no job is too smelly, slimy or sloppy for them. Watch as they clear a blocked drain filled with exotic examples of sewage wildlife. Then, to add to the fun, the boys are forced to take a hands-on approach to a sewage problem – literally – as they’ve forgotten their gloves! Then, follow dog dirt detective Richard Wright who fights the messes made by man’s best friend. He has the power to issue on-the-spot fines to anyone who fails to stoop and scoop their pet’s waste. But in order to bring these careless citizens to justice, Wright must catch them in the act first. Will there be justice for these infractions or will Wright be left to pick up the pieces?
