| Oasis International Closes Major Deal |

Oasis International, one of North America’s largest independent distributors of television and filmed entertainment, had a successful run at MIPTV 2008 concluding deals with major broadcasters including Radio Television Espanola (TVE) in Spain, Channel 4 Finland and Fox Latin America.
The Toronto-and LA-based distributor closed a significant deal with TVE in Spain for the Lifetime/CTV movie Murder on Her Mind, a true crime drama that leaves one woman mistakenly behind bars. Oasis also closed a multi-title deal to Africa for over 70 hours of programming, including the CTV mini-series Would Be Kings, a high-stakes drug squad drama, the previously mentioned Lifetime movie Murder On Her Mind, Global TV series Da Kink In My Hair based on the award-winning play, Show Me Yours, G-Spot, The Wilkinsons, Brilliant, Café Primo, and the very popular unauthorized biopic Celine.
Oasis International also sold a number of top titles including the award-winning, critically acclaimed series ReGenesis to Spain and Latin America, and 62 episodes of the BLUEPRINT produced comedy Kenny Vs Spenny which airs on Comedy Central in the U.S. and Showcase in Canada to Channel 4 in Finland. On the movie front a 10 title package sale was done with Blockbuster in Israel and a 4-movie deal was closed with the Middle East. MIPTV was also a catalyst for numerous other deals currently in negotiation.
