| Citytv to air My Dad is Better Than Your Dad |

Everyday dads join forces with their offspring to compete in outrageous challenges for prize money and ultimate bragging rights when “My Dad is Better than Your Dad”, with Host Dan Cortese, premieres Monday, February 18th, 2008 on Citytv.

The ‘Big Daddies’ of the reality genre, Mark Burnett Productions and Reveille have joined forces to bring viewers the ultimate in family entertainment. This eight-part series will finally allow children an opportunity to settle the familiar schoolyard boast – “My Dad is Better than Your Dad” once and for all! Working in father-son or father-daughter teams, dads will be at the forefront of the action leading their families through a series of exciting and entertaining stunt games and larger than life challenges that all parents can relate to. The triumphant family will strut away with money for their children’s futures. In addition to the grand cash prize, dads can pick up valuable rewards along the way as the competition progresses.
Host Dan Cortese has a variety of television and film credits to his name. He first shot to stardom as the creator and host of the Emmy Award-winning "MTV Sports" and later went on to co-star alongside Sylvester Stallone and Wesley Snipes in the feature film "Demolition Man." Cortese has starred in numerous television sitcoms including "Veronica's Closet," "Rock Me Baby" and "What I Like About You."
Tune into the excitement when “My Dad is Better than Your Dad” premieres, Monday, February 18th, 2008 on Citytv. Please note, “Pussycat Dolls: Girlicious” now moves to 8:00pm MT on Citytv Calgary and Citytv Edmonton.
“My Dad is Better Than Your Dad” was created by Jon Hotchkiss and is a production of Reveille, Mark Burnett Productions and Hotchkiss Industries. Mark Burnett (“Survivor”, “Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader”, “Celebrity Apprentice”), Mark Koops (“The Biggest Loser”), Howard T. Owens (“The Biggest Loser”), Mike Nichols (“Victoria Beckham: Coming to America”) and Jon Hotchkiss (“Penn & Teller: Bullsh*t!”) are the Executive Producers.
