| TechTV Lends A Helping Hand |

TechTV today announced that it will dedicate the entire month of April as "Help Month." Launching on Monday, April 7, TechTV's original programs and on-air experts will provide viewers with programming dedicated to helping yourself, others and the earth.
All month, viewers can tune in to TechTV to learn the coolest tips and tricks to make technology work for everyone. Discover how to make your life simpler while saving money with the hottest new technologies, learn about the charities and people who are making contributions to their communities through technology, participate in contests, and more.
TechTV's, April "Help Month" kicks off on April 7 with Help Yourself Week. All week long, viewers will find programming specific to helping themselves. From preventing computer viruses to products that will save consumers money, TechTV is the ultimate source for providing viewers with tips to get the most of out technology.

On April 14, TechTV will take a look at what it means to Help Others Week. Viewers will be encouraged to call in via phone or netcam to offer solutions to technology's toughest problems while celebrities and guests will appear to offer their insights.
