Channel 4 International and Superchannel announce pay TV agreement

Superchannel is pleased to announce an agreement with Channel 4 International to offer cutting-edge programming on Canada's new national pay television network set to launch this fall.

As part of this agreement, SuperChannel will offer a range of iconic Channel 4 drama and comedy series, contemporary TV Movies and high end documentaries. The package will also contain a number of programs for Superchannel's HD services.

"Superchannel is proud to offer Canadians the best programming from around the world and with Channel 4 International they'll have a wealth of award-winning offerings to choose from," said Sandy Perkins, Superchannel, Vice-president Programming. "We are thrilled they are joining us in our bid to bring Canadians more entertainment than they've ever had access to before."

Among the first titles offered will be Teachers, No Angels, Wedding Belles, The Yellow House, Mr Miss Pageant, Hypochondriacs Holiday and Thanks for the Memories.
