Stargate: Atlantis (Season 4)

The future appears bleak with the incapacitation of Weir and multiple injuries among the senior members of the expedition. In the fourth season of this Gemini award-winning series, a NorBAC (North American Biotechnology Advisory Commission) scientist is found sick with a brain infection, and with little memory of what happened to him, he is haunted by a face and quickly becomes convinced that somewhere, someone knows the answers he is searching for. Meanwhile, Chief Scientist David Sandström leads his team to solve a number of mysterious outbreaks including the most lethal hepatitis ever seen and a case of drug resistant tuberculosis. ZOS: Zone of Separation

Co-executive produced by Paul Gross, ZOS: Zone of Separation is about the life-and-death struggle to enforce a United Nations-brokered ceasefire, as peacekeepers face the harsh reality of living in Jadac, a fictional, Sarajevo-like town. Each episode follows the Zone’s protagonists in their tortured and tenuous jockeying for influence and advantage – from unarmed United Nations Military Observers (UNMOs) and armed UN soldiers to Christians and Muslims. The Weight

This series that tells the story of Max and Donny, two cops who are often as morally ambiguous as the criminals they pursue. Max, a married man with a family, is having an on-again/off-again affair with a burned-out criminal defence lawyer who isn’t blind to the harsh realities of her profession; while Donny is a cop who’s been almost completely destroyed by the job, loves the company of prostitutes, lives in a rundown motel which he’s part owner of, and has a hard time staying sober. Created and written by playwright/screenwriter George F. Walker and Dani Romain.

Based on the novel Darkly Dreaming Dexter, season two continues to follow Dexter Morgan (Michael C. Hall), a likeable forensics expert for the Miami Police Department who moonlights as a serial killer. Orphaned as a child and harbouring a traumatic secret, Dexter’s adopted father recognized his homicidal tendencies and taught him how to channel his passion for human vivisection in a constructive way – by killing those heinous perpetrators who have slipped through the cracks of justice. Also starring Jennifer Carpenter, Lauren Velez, Julie Benz, Erik King, David Zayas and James Remar. Joining the cast in season two is Jaime Murray who plays Lila, a former addict and artist who becomes a friend and ally to Dexter.
Brotherhood (Season 2)

Brotherhood follows the Caffee brothers who live in ”The Hill”, an Irish-American community in Providence, Rhode Island, where the old-world ways of street justice and loyalty continue to rule the tough blue-collar neighbourhood. Tommy Caffee (Jason Clarke) is a local politician out to protect “The Hill” but his complicated family and professional lives are turned upside down by his gangster brother Michael (Jason Isaacs). In season two, Colin Carr (Brían F. O’Byrne), a cousin of the Caffee brothers arrives in Providence and gets involved in Michael’s criminal world.
