| G4techTV Canada to air hit British comedy "The IT Crowd" |

G4techTV Canada is pleased to announce the addition of "The IT Crowd," the International Emmy-nominated British comedy series to its summer line up. The 30 minute show will premiere on July 16 at 8:00 p.m. ET and will air on Mondays at 8:00 p.m. ET, repeating on Sundays at 9:00 p.m. ET.
"The IT Crowd" is set in the London offices of Reynholm Industries, which is full of glamorous go-getters and high-flying executives. While their beautiful colleagues work upstairs in posh and spacious surroundings, the IT department - Jen, Roy and Moss - lurk below in a dingy basement, scorned by their co-workers as geeky losers. The show focuses on the high jinks of the socially-inept IT trio as they deal with the onslaught of tech issues and demanding coworkers. "Have you tried turning it off and on again?" and "Are you sure it's plugged in?" are common cries from the depths of Reynholm Industries as the Jen, Ross and Moss struggle for acceptance and a moment of peace from the never ending demands of the company.

Written and Directed by Graham Linehan, co-creator of "Father Ted" and produced by Ash Atalla of "The Office" fame, "The IT Crowd" is recorded in front of a live studio audience and has built a global fan base and a strong blog following.
