BURY MY HEART AT WOUNDED KNEE
An epic exploration of the struggles faced by Native Americans as the U.S. expanded west, based on the 1970 book of the same name by Dee Brown. Beginning just after the bitter and bloody Sioux victory over General Custard at Little Big Horn, Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee tells the stories of Sitting Bull (August Schellenberg), the proud and dignified Lakota Chief, Charles Eastman (Adam Beach), a young Dartmouth-educated doctor whose birth name, Ohiyesa, reflects his Sioux heritage,,and Senator Henry Dawes (Aidan Quinn), a co-creator of the government policy on Native affairs. Hope begins to rise for the Native Americans as their messianic movement promises an end to the suffering of their people. But that hope is obliterated by the assassination of Chief Sitting Bull and the massacre of hundreds of Native Indians by the Seventh Cavalry at Wounded Knee Creek. Also starring Colm Feore and Anna Paquin.

Premieres:
Movie Central 3: Sunday, May 27 at 7 p.m. PT (r) Movie Central 1: Wednesday, May 30 at 8 p.m. PT

WIDE AWAKE
A confirmed night owl, Emmy® award-winning documentary filmmaker Alan Berliner also has an obsessive mind that won’t shut down for sleep, and leaves him feeling “jet-lagged in his own time zone.” In the HBO documentary Wide Awake, Berliner explores his complicated relationship with sleep by digging deeply into the notion that true creativity can come only from chaos and exhaustion. The sleep-deprived documentarian interviews family, friends and sleep specialists to give us an intimate glimpse into the unsettling ripple effect one man’s insomnia has on everyone around him.

Premieres:
Movie Central: Wednesday, May 23 at 7 p.m. PT
The Movie Network: Thursday, May 24 at 9 p.m. ET

THE SOPRANOS FINAL SEASON CONTINUES
The award-winning series continues this May with television's favourite crime family, The Sopranos. Tony Soprano (James Gandolfini) hits a rough stretch with a number of unlucky situations that continue to drive his depression. AJ (Robert Iler) ponders a decision that could irrevocably change his and the entire Soprano family’s lives and Vito’s widow Marie asks Tony for some help dealing with her troubled son. Also starring Tony Sirico, Steven R. Schirripa and Michael Imperioli.

The Sopranos will be on hiatus on Sunday, May 27 for American Memorial Day, returning to the schedule on Sunday, June 3.

Series continues:
Movie Central: Sunday, May 6 at 8 p.m. PT
The Movie Network: Sunday, May 6 at 9 p.m. ET

ENTOURAGE SEASON 3B CONTINUES
As the third season of the Emmy®-winning series Entourage continues, Vince (Adrian Grenier) is offered a strange proposition from his new agent Amanda (Carla Gugino) that he cannot refuse. Meanwhile, Eric (Kevin Connolly) and Ari (Jeremy Piven) look to be closing in on something that Vince has wanted for a long time. Turtle (Jerry Ferrara) is left to follow Drama (Kevin Dillon) around while he scours the streets for anyone that will recognize him -- and even though his new show has a huge billboard on Sunset Blvd. this feat seems out of reach for Drama.

Entourage will be on hiatus on Sunday, May 27 for American Memorial Day, returning to the schedule on Sunday, June 3.

Series continues:
Movie Central: Sunday, May 6 at 9 p.m. PT
The Movie Network: Sunday, May 6 at 10 p.m. ET
