| Sandra Oh Scrubs In For Odd Job Jack Season Finale |

Wedding bells are ringing for the perpetually unemployed Jack Ryder when he moonlights as a social worker and falls in love with his bleeding-heart boss Vanessa, played by special guest star Sandra Oh (Grey's Anatomy), in the two-part season finale of Odd Job Jack, on Saturday, October 7 and 14 at 9:30 p.m. ET/PT, exclusively on The Comedy Network.
Love blooms for Jack and Vanessa in "Here Comes the Groom," as the two lovebirds bond while working the help-lines, making soup and talking people down from ledges. But wedded bliss is short-lived for this dysfunctional couple in part two of the season finale, "My Big, Fat Miserable African Honeymoon," when Jack realizes it's harder to keep a bride than it is to keep a full-time job. Honeymooning and helping the less-fortunate in Africa, Jack can't consummate his marriage in a tent full of refugees and finds out that his vow of "in sickness and in health" extends to mine fields. Later, it's really "'til death do us part" for Jack and Vanessa when they're kidnapped by African revolutionaries. Never mind their marriage - can the lives of these newlyweds be saved?
Guest star Sandra Oh is best known for her Golden Globe-winning role as Dr.
Cristina Yang on the hit series, Grey's Anatomy, for which she also won a SAG Award and earned two Emmy nominations for "Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series." A native of Nepean, Ontario, she also starred in the Academy Award-nominated film, Sideways.
Currently in it's fourth season on The Comedy Network, Odd Job Jack chronicles the on-the-job misadventures of perpetually unemployed Jack Ryder (voiced by critically-acclaimed Canadian actor/writer/director Don McKellar), a 25-year old Sociology grad whose higher learning has gotten him nowhere but in debt. In each original half-hour episode, Jack returns to the temp agency Odd Jobs Unlimited and is assigned a new position. Video recaps of each episode, in-depth character information, show-related games and various downloads, are available on www.oddjobjack.com.
The Gemini-nominated second season of Odd Job Jack will be released on DVD next month in stores across Canada.
