An error led CTV to air episode 2 of Grey's Anatomy last night instead of the season premiere

Due to a satellite feed error at the source, CTV has inadvertently delivered episode No. 2 of Grey's Anatomy Season 3 which was broadcast tonight at 8 p.m. As a result, CTV will broadcast Episode One in its entirety on a special day and time which will be announced shortly. Stay tuned to Channel Canada for upcoming information.
UPDATE on September 22nd: CTV has scheduled the first episode for next week. More info.
