| NHL Network to Televise 11 Pre-Season Games, Beginning Tomorrow |

NHL Network kicks off a brand-new season of NHL hockey with 11 pre-season match-ups, leading into the 2006/07 regular season. The action gets underway tomorrow (Sept. 19) with a doubleheader beginning at 6:30 p.m. ET, as the regular season Eastern Conference champion Ottawa Senators visit phenom Sidney Crosby and the Pittsburgh Penguins, immediately followed by Western Conference rivals Dallas @ Colorado.
Highlights of this year's pre-season broadcast schedule include four games featuring the NY Rangers - including a battle of New York against the NY Islanders - and three games highlighting the Florida Panthers with new additions Todd Bertuzzi and Ed Belfour. This year marks the third year NHL Network will televise NHL pre-season games.
NHL Network's pre-season broadcast schedule is as follows:
Tuesday, Sept. 19 - Ottawa @ Pittsburgh at 6:30 p.m. ET, directly followed by Dallas @ Colorado
Wednesday, Sept. 20 - Philadelphia @ Pittsburgh at 6:30 p.m. ET
Thursday, Sept. 21 - Colorado @ Detroit at 7:30 p.m. ET
Saturday, Sept. 23 - Florida @ NY Rangers at 7:30 p.m. ET
Sunday, Sept. 24 - Florida @ Detroit at 10 p.m. ET
Monday, Sept. 25 - NY Islanders @ NY Rangers at 10 p.m. ET
Wednesday, Sept. 27 - Boston @ NY Rangers at 10 p.m. ET
Thursday, Sept. 28 - Chicago @ Florida at 7:30 p.m. ET
Friday, Sept. 29 - Columbus @ Carolina at 7 p.m. ET
Saturday, Sept. 30 - NY Rangers @ Boston at 4 p.m. ET
