Great Fishing this fall on WFN
Posted on Thursday, June 22, 2006 - 05:40 PM
World Fishing Network

New programming to WFN include Beat Charlie Moore, FNC: Uncut Maddin Shark Series and Bass Tech.

NEW PROGRAMMING:

On-Line:
WFN has just launched a new interactive website for fishing enthusiasts at WFN.TV. The site consists of streaming video on each page that is near broadcast quality. Watch your favourite fishing shows, get tips on how to catch more fish, download podcasts and take a trip around the country with the best resources page for all things fishing. Plus- tell us your favourite fishing story and post it on-line. Get hooked on www.WFN.TV today.

On-Air:

Beat Charlie Moore
The Mad Fisherman takes on all challengers. Watch popular, and slightly abrasive, fisherman Charlie Moore as he puts $5,000 on the line to beat anyone who challenges him to a fish-off. The pride of Boston, Charlie has the swagger of Beantown and the trash talk to back it up. Tuesdays at 8pm ET.

FNC: Uncut
The boys from Fish’n Canada have taken their traditional show and given it a twist. FNC will give viewers a behind-the-scenes look at what goes on when the camera is supposedly off. Arguments, practical jokes and the every day life of a fishing celebrity is what you will find in FNC. Thursdays at 9pm ET.

Madfin Shark Series
Experience the world's first catch-and-release shark tournament. Teams of anglers fishing in the Florida Keys compete to reel in the most aggressive fish in the water and the ensuing battle is something never seen before. (Time TBA)

BassTech
Join the folks at BassTech as they attempt to “pimp the rides” of anglers. With a Monster Garage feel to it, these guys look to do the impossible with ordinary bass boats and other fishing vessels. Thursdays at 10pm ET.
