| Showcase Presents Season Four of Curb Your Enthusiasm |

Big laughs emerge once again as Larry David returns to Showcase for the fourth season of the critically acclaimed HBO series Curb Your Enthusiasm. Larry David continues to say – and do – whatever he wants in this award winning comedy series, airing Sundays at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT beginning March 12, 2006 (following the launch of season 2 of Da Ali G Show).
Curb Your Enthusiasm follows Seinfeld co-creator Larry David as he plays himself in this off-kilter comedy series that presents an unwavering and humourous depiction of his daily LA life. David always manages to offend, put his foot in his mouth, and generally make a bad situation even worse – and somehow has the ability to turn any normal daily activity into a chain of hilarious, yet unpredictable events.
The hilarity continues with the fourth season of Curb Your Enthusiasm, and we see David like we have never seen him before – in a Broadway rendition of Mel Brooks’ The Producers. Larry continues to demonstrate his knack for getting himself into uncomfortable situations as he stabs celebrities with toothpicks, gets protective over cashews, and takes a hired prostitute to a baseball game. As comedian Jon Stewart put it, Larry David “is what I consider to be a human Cinnabon. You probably shouldn't partake, but you just can't resist."
Cast regulars Cheryl Hines (as wife Cheryl) and Jeff Garlin (as manager Jeff Greene) reprise their roles alongside regular visits from celebrity guests including Mel Brooks, Ben Stiller, Christine Taylor, David Schwimmer, Paul Dooley, Gina Gershon and the late Anne Bancroft.
In episode one of Season Four, with their tenth wedding anniversary approaching, Larry reminds Cheryl of a "present" she promised him back when they got engaged. Later that night, a karaoke performance ends up landing Larry an unlikely plum role in The Producers.
Showcase – Television Without Borders – is the number one destination for the best uncut, daring movies and provocative series. For more information, please visit www.Showcase.ca.
